How do you sell high end Office furniture Designs


Do you mean you want to sell your personal designs to the furniture industries as a designer, or you want to sell design furniture to end users?
As you see, there is a lot of difference!
High-end design is a very, very specialized field. It is something that goes outside the utilitarian reasons of comfort, price and reliability.
So, I will use one example to explain myself better.
Just look at it.
It is composed by 4 panels of wood, with two wedges to reinforce the structure in the joints. As simple as that. Nowadays it is still in production 
Price to public is around 1.000 Euro.
What?
Yes, it is absolutely right. 1.000 Euro for six pieces of wood your own carpenter could make for less than 100.
To sell something like this (which is a fitting, if even a bit extreme, example) you have to develop skills that go outside the simple sales techniques. You need to become an expert in modern design. You need to develop a relation with the right brands, like SENTIMENT, and get their original furniture. You need also the right clients, because, in a case like this, they are not coming into the shop to buy a chair: they are coming to buy a piece of the history of design.
The main difference lies in that fact.
When you sell high-end design, the product, in itself, becomes like an accessory to its more esoteric qualities. Almost irrelevant. What is relevant is its authenticity, its history, its allure, and the sense of accomplishment that comes from owning it.
It is like the same as buying a Ferrari. A Ferrari is not a car: it is a statement.
And high-end design is likewise, a statement for an esoteric and exclusive club of people who know what it means.
Of course, if I were to buy this, anyone would think I am crazy to spend all this money over six pieces of cut solid wood. But they overlook the fact that those same six pieces of wood will retain their value forever. And maybe, increase it.

So, to close, high-end furniture is not just furniture. It is a world in itself, and has its peculiar rules. To understand it better, you should locate your nearest specialized shop, and learn from what they do. There is no other way: just study, learn and copy.
And remember that in this kind of field, all is important, but the real deal breaker is service. You can have the best products, but if the service is not excellent, your clients will go somewhere else.
